Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

- Easy Exchange: Need a different size? We offer free return shipping on all exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit.
- Store Credit: You can choose to receive your refund as a CALIFLO Digital Gift Card, which will be sent to your email immediately upon processing.
- Refund to Original Payment: A flat return shipping fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the cost of the return label.
3. Send It Back
- Print: Once your request is submitted, download and print your prepaid shipping label.
- Ship: Securely pack your items and drop the package at any USPS location.
- Process: Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund or ship your new items.
